The hand-painting on this 18 mesh canvas is beautifully done, and Ferdinand’s face has so much character it makes me smile every time I walk past my stitching chair. It’s a perfect 4.5-inch square for a quick project, though I’d recommend grabbing your own threads since none are included.

The 18-mesh count makes the details surprisingly crisp, and the 4.5-inch design fits perfectly in my stitching frame. I love that the canvas is hand-painted, giving Ferdinand a unique character you don’t get with printed patterns.
